At Éclora, we are committed to ensuring that every customer receives a brand-new, carefully packaged item in perfect condition.
• Upon delivery, you may open and inspect your order on the spot. If you wish to exchange or return the item at that time, you may do so directly with the courier (Please note: shipping fees will apply.)
• After the courier has left, any return or exchange requests must be submitted through email or direct message (Additional shipping fees will be charged in this case.)
• Returned items must be in their original condition, with the hang tag attached and packaging intact.
Please note that:
shipping takes from 3 to 7 working days.
exchange / return requests takes upto 14 days.
